why Tesla’s Cybertruck windows smashed during presentation
Musk says he knows what went wrong, and explained things on Twitter. Right before the metal ball test, von Holzhausen smacked the door with a sledgehammer on stage to prove its durability (and unlike the glass, it was fine), and Musk says this impact “cracked base of glass,” which is why the windows subsequently smashed when hit by the ball.
The Tesla Truck is here. And... its... different. Elons CyberTruck has broken the internet with its unique polarizing design. The Electric Tesla CyberTruck might look futuristic and funky, but its whats under the hood that maters. Figuratively speaking of course. Cuz... under the hood is more storage space. The Telsa Truck will be one of the most capable vehicles on the road when it comes out in 2021, and 2022. (Assuming Tesla can keep to the schedule.) And I am super excited about it. The specs of the new Electric Trucks take vehicles to the next level. far beyond what gas powered vehicles can accomplish.
Tesla unveiled the Cybertruck, its long-awaited electric pickup truck, and it's possibly even more cyberpunk than CEO Elon Musk said it would be. Mashing up Blade Runner vibes with range and performance, the truck is already one of the company's most polarizing products. The Verge senior reporter Sean O'Kane was at the unveiling and got one of the first rides in the outrageous new truck.
